Introduction
Any use of the words "I" or "me" in this document refers to Gill Hunter.
The security of your data is of paramount importance to me and I take this responsibility very seriously. The following policy document is an explanation of how your data is stored, collected, used and shared.

Who controls and processes your data?
I am the sole controller and processor of your data. This means that I am the only person responsible for collecting your data and what happens to that data.
What categories of your data are collected?
I collect and process your: name, e-mail address, telephone number and any personal information you may wish to disclose.
Why is your data collected and how is it used?
I collect your data so I have a way to contact you regarding my services. The personal data will only be used to contact you at your request.
What is the lawful basis for processing your data?
All of your data is collected with your consent and is essential to my services.
How, where and for how long is your data stored?
Your data is stored on a secure password-protected email system and is only kept as long as you still require my services after which point the data will be deleted.
Your personal data will never be shared with any third party without your request or consent. Examples of data that could be shared with a third party given your consent include: giving your contact details to a funeral director or a similar services.
Your rights to your data
You have the right to be informed when your data is being collected or used.
You have the right to receive a copy of your data and any other related information.
You have the right to rectify any inaccuracies within your data.
You have the right to request that your data be erased.
You have the right to request suppression or restriction of your data.
You have the right to access and reuse your data with other services as you wish.
You have the right to object to the collection or processing of your data under certain circumstances.
In UK GDPR there are also a number of restrictions on automated decision making that might affect you or your data. More information on this can be found on The ICO website
